Zero stars. Did not get the room paid for, nor a copy of the documentation signed at check in. Paid for a two night stay and was made to leave like a criminal the second night after returning from full day at Epcot. They did not allow me to show the documentation from Groupon. They had security escort me to gather my belongings that was in the room. 5minutes given. The security truck lights flashing behind my vehicle blocking me in. People watching, me crying and shaking. It was a nightmare after such a beautiful day. I had to find another hotel room Saturday night of Easter Eve paying high dollar to try to rest, which was futile. Then heading home Easter morning. I would never recommend this hotel and buyer beware. Also when in the lobby waiting in line to find out what was going on there was 6 people before me complaining on various other issues. Do not stay at this hotel. Also, hotel staff did not wear masks. Hotel says free continental breakfast however when you ask about it they say due to the pandemic there not offering, however the restaurant in the hotel offers a buffet for ten dollars
