I had an appointment at 8 pm with Neighborhood Locksmith Store for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!

I was one of those people who loved a little rebellion from time to time. This included trying to fix the plumbing, single-handedly installing bookshelves and I had once succeeded in fixing faulty electrical wiring on my own as well. Where I did fail, was with locks! After encountering a non-operable lock, I took out my favorite tools and dismantled the entire thing to probe into the issue.
An hour later, I still couldn’t figure it out. Reluctantly, I called up a locksmith I found online. The technician got there in minutes, and fixed the mess I’d made in no time. I expected a heavy bill only to be pleasantly surprised. I even used a coupon that I found on their website http://www.SouthPrairie.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and got even more reductions on the bill. I can’t believe I wasted so much of my time trying to fix the lock myself, when I could have just called these guys. That’s a lesson I’d learnt for good that day! Ever since, I’ve been calling Neighborhood Locksmith Store for key cutting, repairs, and door installations. If you live in South Prairie, you should too!

It was the worst nightmare come to life. I mean, I’ve read it in papers, heard about it on news , but I never imagined being stuck in a similar situation. I’d just stepped out to order takeaway at a local diner, when I realized that I’d dropped the car keys somewhere. Thirty minutes later, I’d given up, unable to find the keys anywhere. But that wasn’t the worst part! My 1-year-old son was still in the car, sound asleep. And while I was on the verge of panic, I pulled myself together and called Neighborhood Locksmith Store for help based on the suggestion of the lady at the diner. The dispatcher was able to sense my tone and assured me that help was on its way. And sure enough, a technician from Neighborhood Locksmith Store arrived within ten minutes and popped open the lock! I couldn’t stop stammering my thanks to him…
