In my Integrative Therapy practice, I work with the whole person, internally and within their social environment. I combine various modalities such as Brainspotting, EMDR and Core Energetics that support your body’s own innate wisdom to heal itself. My work helps clarify what is causing the difficulty, unify parts of yourself that may be disconnected as well as help unify relationships in your life, and transform stagnant energies into vitality.
