If you hire Mike you will need to NOT be in a hurry (2 months and job not close to being finished). We had major work to do and outlined all that needed to be done. He charged $3000 left much of the work unfinished and we finally had to hire someone else to come in and finish the job (they completed in 1 week!). We are beyond disappointed and WOULD NEVER hire him again.
