The fact that I had lost my keys and was locked out of my home, came nowhere close to the feeling of paranoia that swept me! What if the wrong person finds it? Perhaps, my ex? I knew I was being unreasonable but I simply wanted to have my locks changed then and there! I searched frantically for a good locksmith in Red Rock and found Metro Locksmith Services. They had a mountain of good reviews and I had a feeling they’d get there at once! And they did! The technician, Mark , took only ten minutes to get there and hear me out. He suggested that I opt for rekeying instead of replacement to save some money and got the job done within minutes. He could have easily exploited me, but he didn’t – and that’s why I’ve remained a loyal customer to Metro Locksmith Services for over a year now! I couldn’t afford any more delays. I’d already waited 3 hours for a technician to arrive and get the spare keys made. I decided to cancel out on the firm I’d hired and called Metro Locksmith Services instead. From the point of placing my call to using the newly crafted keys, it took less than an hour! Believe it or not, that’s how fast these guys were!!!! Wish I hadn’t wasted so many hours on the other firm that claimed to provide ‘Fast’ service! From now on, if I ever need a locksmith in Red Rock, I’ll call Metro Locksmith Services! I recommend you should too! They’re number one!

Talk about quick and responsive service - Metro Locksmith Services is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. If you have any lock and key issues in Red Rock and surrounding localities, Thomas is your man! You won’t regret it! They’re number 1!
