I called them up on 919-355-5321 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked Central Locksmith Store to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about!
