I should have done my research before sending my client over to purchase hair extensions at this business. What she promised is not what she delivered. There is no way the hair is 100% virgin. After just a couple months the hair was matting, breaking off, drying out. I personally gave my client the proper products to care for them. Goldie insisted the hair would hold up to a 2 year warranty if there was any issues. This has not been the case. 600$ later in wasted money she is not holding up her end of the bargain. Instead yelling and unable to calmly listen to our issues and concerns. I've never experienced this amount of unprofessionalism. Buyer Beware.
