I called Central Lock Key Store to fix a broken garage door lock and I received excellent service. The technician, Ed, did an amazing job and was so friendly. I could tell from the way he talked about his work that he absolutely loved it. His attention to detail stunned me. There was a small patch of rust on the side of the door that he spotted and fixed up right away. If you need perfection, you won’t get it from any other locksmith in Ambler. Prices seemed very reasonable from what I saw on the quote they’d emailed me, so, I decided to call Central Lock Key Store over! My neighbor had mentioned earlier that most locksmiths quote low prices initially but somehow scam customers by upselling products, adding absurd service charges etc. Thankfully, Central Lock Key Store was nothing like my neighbor had described. Talk about quick and responsive service - Central Lock Key Store is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. If you have any lock and key issues in Ambler and surrounding localities, Thomas is your man! You won’t regret it! They’re number 1!
