There was a minor issue with the lock and I called Gallery Locksmith Store on 630-283-6639. The technician, who answered the call, fixed my issue over the phone. Eric was so knowledgeable that he didn’t even need to take a look at the lock to identify the problem. I tried to pay Eric but he flatly refused stating that it was a ‘super easy fix’. I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 215-297-3165 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from Elite Locksmith Services told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock.
Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at Elite Locksmith Services for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Abington!! Would I recommend them? YES!
