Thanks a million for saving me from a disaster! My baggage was locked in the trunk and I had to be at the airport in another hour. I would have missed an important trip, if not for the timely help provided by Locksmith Lock Store. Managed to unlock the jammed trunk without any damage and also fixed the lock. I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I did what I believed was the most logical thing to do at such times – I picked up a heavy rock and started hammering away. My neighbor saw what I was doing and stopped me from destroying the lock. He suggested that I call Locksmith Lock Store instead who can get it fixed. After a quick search, I found their contact info on their site http://www.PuntaGorda.Locksmith-Lock-Store.com and gave them a call. It barely took them fifteen minutes to reach the location. Despite all the damage I’d done, John was able to fix it up in no time. Had it not been for Locksmith Lock Store, I’d have probably paid for an expensive replacement and repairs! I had an appointment at 8 pm with Locksmith Lock Store for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that! You guys are the best in Punta Gorda!!! Thumbs-up!!! Highly recommend that you call them up on 941-251-0768 for any locksmithing job!
