Incredibly unprofessional and very bad at communicating. He left a job I had scheduled to "go get parts" implying he would be back shortly. Nearly an hour and half later I texted to ask when he was coming back and he then gets dramatic and cancels simply b/c I asked a simple question. And then he goes redneck on me implying that I have the problem. Like, all I did was call a plumber to get a very simple problem fixed, and this is what I'm left with? LOW standards,.
