Do not Rent or buy from these people look at the picture of the house they made agreement because of the condition of the house. Tried to get me to do Electricians work and not Licensed. That is the ONLY REASON FOR PUTTING US OUT. SORRY DO NOT BRAKE THE LAWS. LIKE YOU AND DEAN LO DID. O NO FORGOT TO GET A BUILDING PERMIT. INSPECTOR JUST LEFT A REG TAG ON THE PROPERTY THAT MY WIFE GOT ELECTRIC SHOCK FROM BREAKING THE LAW. BUILDING INSPECTOR SAID THAY DO THIS ALL THE TIME. MONEY. BUT THAT DON'T LIKE PAYING THERE BILLS
