After reading rave reviews about Lock Locksmith Tech, I decided that I’d give them a try. So, how did it turn out? AMAZING! They live up to every bit of praise that’s been showered on them! In fact, I’d go as far as to say that ‘amazing’ is actually an understatement. Edward showed up on my door right on time, and he involved me in the process to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing. Prices are quite affordable and they offer flat rates on all their services. To sum it up, you cannot go wrong with hiring a technician from Lock Locksmith Tech!!! Easily, the best in Galena!

Extremely thankful to Lock Locksmith Tech who got me out of a sticky spot recently! I worked part time at a bakery and opened shop every evening. But that day, when I tried opening the lock with the key, it snapped in half. I didn’t know why or how it happened, all I knew was that if my boss found out how careless I’d been, I would lose the job for sure. I wasn’t about to let that happen! So I called up Lock Locksmith Tech, the locksmiths my dad generally calls for house repairs and asked them if they could get a copy made. Eric `arrived within a few minutes from the nearest shop and I got the new key made within minutes.
I wasn’t sure what it was going to cost me but the final bill was a pure delight. Thanks to Lock Locksmith Tech for being so quick!!! I owe you! Recommend them to all in Galena …

If I had to sum up my experience with Lock Locksmith Tech in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself.
I called Lock Locksmith Tech on 740-212-2064 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Lock Locksmith Tech, I didn’t have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Galena! Give it a shot, highly recommend it!
