I needed to get a new chain lock installed on my front door and found this place on http://www.Pleasanton.Exclusive-Locksmith-Service.com. It seemed good, there were a large number of good reviews and I thought why not give them a try? I scheduled an appointment later that night, but had to skip due to an unexpected extension at work. Mark was so understanding! He wasn’t even irked that I’d wasted his time and hadn’t even given him a warning that I wasn’t gonna be there! Anyway, I pushed the appointment a few hours ahead and needless to say, Mark was right on time again. Thanks for putting up with me and for not imposing a penalty for my blunder! Any other locksmith firm would have demanded twice the sum for having wasted their time!
Exclusive Locksmith Service is awesome and unquestionably the best in Pleasanton! Go for it, I’m sure you’ll not regret it in the least!!!!

I sure am glad I found Exclusive Locksmith Service! After a string of bad experiences with locksmiths - some were rude, some were late, some were pricey, some were complete scamsters – I thought I’d never find a good service firm. I own a string of condos across Pleasanton and had to hire locksmiths frequently. If others take a leaf out of Exclusive Locksmith Service’s book, I don’t think locksmiths would have earned such a bad reputation after all. Unlike others, Exclusive Locksmith Service has never once failed to deliver on its promises. They’re on time, reliable, affordable, friendly, accommodating and professional! There was this one instance when Eric from Exclusive Locksmith Service called me up and apologized for a 5-minute delay! I bet other locksmiths wouldn’t even care if they’re hours late.
