Beyond horrible. I called on a Wednesday to schedule for Friday. Needed for cleaning out house after moving. Never showed never called. After several attempts on my part received a text (never for 2 days a phone call) was told the car with the cleaning people broke down. I was understanding and was promised that they would be there at 9 Sat am. Never called, texted or showed up. I work 10 hours a day and really needed the help. I still have not heard anything from company. If I had know they had no intention on showing I would have hired a trust worthy company to assist me. It was a long struggle to clean by myself on a time restriction. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
