We had the exact same experience as the other reviewers described--Mike took over $20,000, his completely unsupervised workers did about $5000 of work incorrectly and left us paying other contractors to clean up his mess. He is nothing but an intimidating con artist. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN A DIME!

Please avoid this contractor at all cost. I won't go in to the details of the job since the saga is as long or longer than any of the previous reviews. Their MO is the same as pointed out by other posts, namely poor communication with subcontractors, sloppy work, inattention to details and cutting corners everywhere.
Near the end, I was having to pay the subcontractors directly at the owner's request. I eventually asked Jeffco to remove All Universal and its subcontractors from the building permit so that a qualified contractor could finish the job.
In addition to the heavy cost overrun, we had to pay other contractors another $11K to fix their poor work and errors.
The owner will threaten you with legal action if you complain to BBB. Best not to engage with the company.
