Watch YouTube on contractor nightmares. This is my experience with mount pleasant property services JT aka John Stehlik FKA..JTS Roofing. And associate Arrow Contractors. Clint.. well, john is an excellent salesman. Then the nightmare starts. Exemplary with "double talk" .. reliable at being unreliabe..not insured or licenses. I found out he didn't follow through with required permit. I'm out $25000.+ and my hm. Is uninhabitable to the fullest capacity.. read 2 reviews on angie's list from former bus. JTS Roofing. I was reading verbatim to my experience but on a larger scale very sad no matter how large or small. Its not just about the money its the trust that you give someone like John which he then robs you of. The anxiety and stress is sad and criminal. "Caveat Emptor"... do your homework before hiring anyone..look on line CCAP ..wi circuit court ..look contractors up by their name ie: john stehlik .. personal judgements can tell you a lot. This contractor has several diff. addresses.an honest and good contractor is self sustained financially, warranties are meaningless if the business dumps. He's excellent at "double talk" look up that term.. that's how he got my money. Percentages of a percentage..... due. Offers of free services - a ploy to gain your trust. To all that are trying to find an honest contractor: it take a lot of work to deceit people and refinement to get better at it. Don't become a victim as I have and others have. Do your homework.
