My mother moved from NY to NC recently. First, they quoted her a decent price and then told her after packing all her stuff in the truck it was going to cost more. The foreman also had the nerve to ask directly for a tip for the movers at that point. Then it took 2 WEEKS to get her stuff to NC. They would not answer calls, kept giving days/times they were going to arrive and never did, and lied about the situation along the way. When they FINALLY arrived (at 6:30pm after saying they would be there at 8am, with my mom taking off the entire day from work) they tried to make her pay everything up front before unpacking the truck, at an elevated price of $500 the original quote. And tried to argue the discount my mom was finally able to get from the corporate office. It was a horrible 2 weeks and thank god my mom will never have to move again; and if she does, she will not use Moving Relocation Systems!

Horrible customer service. My move was over a week late. Then I was called at 5 pm and told they would be in the next morning and then thread me with a $2500 fee if I could not accept the move in such a short notice forcing me to take off work with basically no notice. Reps were very polite until they have your money then they get rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.

These guys did a great job. I was very happy with the move once it was over with. They worked with me well from the people in the office who answered my questions to the movers who moved my equipment. I will recommend them again.

I've never had a moving truck before. This was my first experience which it was a referral to me from one of my friends who had use your service, and I must say it will not be my last. I was very pleased with the service. The workers were very respectful, very fast moving and making sure all my furniture was well taken care of for moving from CT to LA! So yes I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to move and I will use this company again in the future if I was to move. Thanks again.

Our relocation got rescheduled a couple of times and Moving Relocation Systems just rolled with it. When we were finally really moving, they showed up and got right to work with a plan. They had all my belongings packed up and loaded ahead of schedule, and kept the mood light and cheerful the whole time. Their cheerful yet confident professional manner helped me keep it together during this stressful time. Upon delivery, they were short handed, but there was no complaining and they still were done ahead of schedule. Of the many moving companies I researched online Moving Relocation Systems was the best-priced. Their pickup crew were courteous, on time, came when they said they will and did what they were supposed to do. It was overall a great experience, and it was one of the best moves I’ve had in a while.

Everything was excellent with the moving coordinator of Moving Relocation Systems. The pickup and delivery crew were on time as well. They went above and beyond in loading the truck. And they were fantastic when they arrived here to my new place, unloading and putting the stuff where it belonged. MRS were courteous and professional as any moving could be.
