This an answer for Jeffery Tait from Harlingen Texas expecting free services and trying to slander company 5 star reputation. We posted this response for my clients view. We had previously explained to client and will now do so again thru Angi Ads and Manta website for my customers view. THIS PROJECT WAS COMPLETED 05/09/2017 (OVER 5 YEARS AGO) BTW this property is located near coast. It was agreed by client and contractor before starting project the work as follows. Remove and Replace shingles, remove gravel from both flat areas and install (torch rolls/Bitumen) as describe in invoice #132 sent to client on 05/09/2017. We also made aware to client that flat roofs has no pitch which water will not flow properly. Client rejected to pay to add slope on both flat areas. Verbally and in writing (on invoice) before starting project we do not guarantee any roof damages as follows, Guarantee Won't Cover, Hail, Lightning, High Tropical Storms, Windstorm or Hurricane. We post it on invoice #132 as well for clients view dated on 05/09/2017 to email [email protected] . After 3 months of roof being installed we had Hurricane Harvey on 08/25/2017 with winds up to 130 miles per hour, then Hurricane Hanna dated 07/24/2020 with extremely high winds. Client mention flat roof was not installed correctly which if it would have not been so the west flat area would have been damaged as well on the following day of being installed, Only area damaged by high winds was the east side which both Hurricanes came from the east coast side. Most recent inspection on 03/24/2022 we did see client covered the vents with black liquid tar doing a horrible job trying to hide the wind damage, (tar was fresh when touched). We are experts to determine damages caused by high winds and or any type of storm related. Client expects for contractor to pay for material and labor as a free service and has now tried to damage TPH LLC Construction reputation without realizing that he can face SLANDER charges for Defamation of Character. Juan Adame has failed to respond to every request to repair the areas that are continuing to leak and causing damages to my home. Also, flat area he replaced blew off 3 months ago and he said he would fix but will not return any calls. After having additional inspections it was revealed he did not replace roof boots or install correctly. Still no respond after many attempts to contact for 4 months. Do not use this person.
