The company sold my timeshare unit quickly and by the books. I received all documents confirming the sale and transfer of ownership notarized. Their commission charge is reasonable at 5% and is paid after the sale is completed. This is why I decided to work with them in the first place. Great staff, and Debbie is very nice and quick to answer any questions.
