Please do not buy from Blaze Leather in WV. You might get your product, you might not, but if anything is wrong with your order, you can very likely kiss your money goodbye! After (actually) receiving 2 jackets -1 was the wrong item, both were bad sizing- I was exceedingly patient, trying to give them the opportunity to make some money in these hard times & exchange the jackets. These people will NEVER answer the phone, email, even their own website request! Finally after nearly 3 months, Paypal refunded my money. These guys may do ok with their brick/mortar store, & i appreciate their patriotism & support of the community, but they really have no clue how to run an online store, nor have a lick of customer service skill!

Wish I had reviewed this company's yelp reputation before placing my order. Bought a CCW vest and promptly received a shipping confirmation. I'm thinking , "All good" until the order fails to arrive and then track it. They haven't shipped anything, they created a label and now in July they are ignoring my inquiries. Tracking History June 24, 2021, 9:06 am Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item WAYNE, NJ 07470 A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 9:06 am on June 24, 2021 in WAYNE, NJ 07470. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. So if you do not have enough grief in your life this is an ideal company to order from. They take your money, mislead you and ignore you. They set the customer service bar so low you need a shovel to see it. The BBB gave them an F rating.
