Review:
Dealing with Modern Rug Importers proved to be a challenging experience for us. The founder, Mansour Ardehali, gave us verbal commitments about their return policy, which he later reneged on, stating a 24-hour return window instead of the 7 days we understood. Hidden in the invoice's fine print, the return policy details caught us off guard. Future buyers should be vigilant and ensure they understand all terms before committing. Mansour's refusal to honor his initial word has unfortunately tarnished our view of this business. We opted not to keep the rug, given the tainted memories it now holds for us. A word of advice: always prioritize trustworthiness in business. Shop carefully here.

I adore my new rug I purchased from them! The rug looks precisely like the picture I have seen on their on-line store, the hues are exact. It is delicate and straightened out pleasantly. I thought the cost was amazing and I got it within 2 days of placing order! It was a decent esteem.
