It’s my passion to help others reach their fitness goals and nothing makes me happier than helping my customers reach their dreams. While many personal trainers can be intimidating, I prefer to work closely with my clients and I will never ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do myself. Private Gym: Most of my sessions take place in a private gym where you and I will work to determine a set of fitness goals, and then we’ll get to work. The private gym is great for anyone who’s serious about getting in shape and can be a great way for newbies to feel safe and comfortable while taking their first steps to personal fitness. Services: I have a long list of personal fitness training services that range from one on one sessions, to boot camps, to private training sessions. I’ll do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals. One on One Sessions: These sessions consist of one on one personal training sessions where we’ll cover the basics of good form all the way up to cardio and weight training sessions. No matter if you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, I can work with you. Boot Camps: Some of my favorite sessions are boot camps. These vary in intensity from moderate to hardcore and you’ll be sure to feel it in the morning. These sessions usually consist of 5-15 people at the same time. Weight Loss: Looking to lose those last few stubborn pounds? Or maybe you’re just starting out and need to lose upwards of 50 pounds. No matter the case I will work with you every step of the way to provide encouragement and leadership for you to get to the place that you always wanted to be.
