We contracted with American Security & AV Systems to install all of our AV and Security needs while building our home. We found that they neglected to provide adequate coverage for vulnerable areas of our home. We spent $35,000 when we installed our AV & Security system, and agreed to a 5 year security monitoring contract which we paid in full, the small print automatically renewed this for two additional years. It is sad that a company needs to stoop to deceptive ways to ensure their revenue. They no longer service the Columbus area and we needed to get additional coverage for our home for the areas that were inadequate, so we elected to contract locally. Very sad that the owner, Frank, would not even return a request to call me after spending a significant amount of money with his company. Do not use this company!
