When our A/C started blowing hot air intermittently it was hard for us to figure out what was going on because the thermostat setting appeared to be working fine. This surely wasn’t the time for DIY so I called up Medpoint AC since they installed the unit and remained our primary air conditioning service company for over 5 years. I quickly scheduled an appointment. The technician came the following afternoon and diagnosed the problem which was actually rectified about a day later because a part needed to be ordered. I’d say the service was good and he fixed our system with an inexpensive replacement part. Overall, I’m pleased with the service and the cost was within budget.
