Our property is a classic 1925 Folly Beach oceanfront cottage. Harks back to simpler times with wood floors, ceilings, and walls. Open and spacious floor plan has ocean views from every bedroom affording ocean breezes and gentle wave sounds to lull you to sleep. When there is no breeze, the house has central heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room. The one bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. Two bedrooms have queen beds and two have twin beds. The house sleeps eight comfortably. TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Short walk to beach directly in front of the house. Outdoor shower with hot water. The house is completely furnished with bath towels, bed linen, and pillows. Underneath the house is the laundry room with washer and dryer or clothes line to hang up your swim suits. Bring your beach towels, bikes, surf boards, kayaks, and beach toys. The Edge of America awaits you. No smoking. No parties. Will entertain pets. Please inquire. Historic Charleston is just 20 minutes away with museums, site seeing, fine dining, and shopping. The business district on Folly, however, has good restaurants, bars with music, and shopping. Owner is a native Charlestonian and can help you plan your visit.
