I purchased a vacuum motor from partsop, I called and asked for an exchange for the right motor or a refund, before the man on the phone even looked at my invoice he told me know, it needed to be within 30 days, it's been 25 and the only reason is because im.on the west coast and they haven't been reachable till today, he told me it needed to be in email form, so I sent one today, customer service so far has been horrible, hoping they make things right and if so ill change my recommendation
