DO NOT RENT FROM ANY ALLPHASE REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. I looked up other peoples reviews for peace of mind hoping I wasn't the only one and I'm not. It started with waiting for a mailbox key for over 6 months and when i finally went over the apartment manager that i can never get a hold of, she accused me of losing me key and lying about it when i never even received one. When they finally brought one out to me it was about 8:30 pm and i was getting my daughter ready for bed when they knocked and rudely demanded that since i got the key i needed to check my mail right then and there. He literally said "You need to go check your mailbox right now, you needed the key right?" In a sarcastic and rude tone. And just a few months ago I've been trying to get ahold of the office about resigning a lease. I started to try to contact them months in advance because i knew it was nearly impossible just to get a mailbox key and of course couldn't get in contact with anyone. The hours on the office door say they are open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I've been up there every one of those days at multiple different hours trying to get in contact with someone. There is never anyone in that office. There was a note sent out about 3 months into our lease saying that they were changing apartment managers and that the office phone was broken and said that all that would be fixed but 9 months later, nothing has changed. I dropped my rent off at the office on april 1st and wrote on the envelope that I'd like someone to contact me about resigning a lease. Just a few days later i received a 5-day notice on my door for no rent this month. Again no apartment manager was at the office so i drove all the way to the real estate office. I told them i got this notice and that i did pay my rent and i showed her my receipt from this month and she said "its not for April, its for March" and so i pulled out my receipt (I keep all of my receipts) for March and she instantly took that back and said "Oh no, its not for March its for August 2021" I then told them i also had those receipts and Sue told me that it was because the bank lost all of the tenants money orders that month and that she would take care of it. Which honestly i am unsure if she actually will. All i know is I've lived here 12 months and have 12 money order receipts plus my receipts from my deposit and initial moving in. My uncle works in the business and when he asked her how i was supposed to receive receipts if the apartment manager is never there and she instantly got defensive and started yelling at me and told me her apartment manager is there when she says she is, which if that was true with as many times as I've been up there the past few months, i would have gotten ahold of her. But she never answered me on how i can get a receipt she just kept going on about her apartment manager. Now that I've read these reviews, i dont feel so crazy because most of these people are having the exact same issues. If multiple different people at different properties are having the same issues, then maybe you are not doing something right. So i will say again NEVER rent from SUE at ALLPHASE real estate.
