After college I spent the next 10 years of my life focusing on my career and putting my health and wellness second. I had put on over 60 lbs and when I finally realized it, I felt overwhelmed by how I was going to turn this around. I went through a lot of diets and couldn't find one that worked for me that I could commit to. A colleague turned me on to Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program. The diet was the perfect fit for me but the staff at BioIntelligent Wellness in Solana Beach is what made me successful. All of the coaches were so supportive, and every week would suggest valuable tips and feedback so that I was encouraged and kept my focus. I lost 60 lbs in 3 months and I've never felt better. I was never confident or comfortable talking about my weight and the staff at BioIntelligent Wellness have finally changed that. I can't thank them enough for their support.
