the owner Cid of ICC Electrical services mislead us
he came representing surveyed the site as the owner of the company and started with a very reasonable bid then later got in and bumped up the prices and delivered nothing but no quality work right prior to final stages of the project ending and delivery
aside from being unqualified and technically inadequate for the field we had to eject him and replace him with a local company to continue the work as ICC electrical damaged us severely without finishing up with honesty terms of the contract
dishonesty is out there ..!!
