My car was assigned a carrier the day after booking and delivered to its destination within three days. They provided the best customer service ever! I was shipping my beloved car (which means everything to me!), so I decided to go with an enclosed car transport option. It was TOTALLY worth it and the driver was very professional. He was courteous and respectful, driving a beautiful enclosed trailer that would make the delivery and post-delivery inspection process very quick and efficient. My baby (the car) arrived with no damages and even earlier than expected. Wow! I wish I would have found this service sooner. The only issue I had with the company was finding a place to drop the car off. It was a block away (overall, not a big deal) because the driver said the street I was parked on was too narrow to enter/make turns in. This is understandable. Apart from that, everything was perfectly handled!

The driver was late on pickup and delivery and we could not get hold of him. I know that if no one can get a hold of the driver there isn't much that can be done. This was the main downfall of the process because anything else was handled ok.
