I am very pleased to have been recommended to Imperial Pest Control from my school friends. After our Dorm room had bed bugs from one of my mates, it was a tough experience for us all, we had them found in the couch, 2 beds, dressers and laundry. The pest control office lady was great on the phone and helped us prep for the treatment. after we had that done, they came out quickly and really did a great job. I had about the best sleep that night compared to the two weeks of knowing I was being bit and had bugs crawling and feeding on me and my mates. I am told they will be out again for a follow up to treat it over again, but as of right now, my mates and i have not had a single bite, or seen a single bed bug around. I am thankful we called them and were able as a group to scrape up the money for the treatment. We tried to get rid of them ourselves with no luck and wasted about half of what it cost to have it done professionally and tried to do it our self with no luck. If anyone out there is need of a pest control company, i would personally recommend these guys.

A few friends recommended them to me after a crazy ongoing ant issue that we just couldn't take anymore and after failed attempts from another pest control company. i was quite surprised that after an ongoing battle of about 4 months and another companies failed attempts they fixed it in under a week. Service was fast, polite, courteous, and thorough. Prices were also very competitive, I would definitely recommend and will continue to use. Its hard to find reputable companies that deliver, just as it is for consumers to share experiences to help the good businesses / service providers out there. Great Job Imperial Pest Prevention!
