Hook Towing's website will tell you they care about their customers and are, "invested in making sure you're happy with all the services we provide." In my experience that is definitely not the case. Hook Towing hauled my car to an auto shop's overnight drop-off where their driver left it UNLOCKED with the WINDOW DOWN. This unprofessional service resulted in my vehicle being burglarized with more than $2000 in items stolen. To top it off, Hook Towing refuses to return our phone calls and ignores our email requesting to discuss the situation. I would avoid this company at all costs.

First time visiting. Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service. The staff is patient and courteous and my car looks great after they clean it inside and out.

Friendly and cautious towing service! I needed a tow after a car accident and called Hook Towing up as a recommendation from a friend. They arrived quickly, hooked up my car and drove me to my house. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Definitely recommended!
