We built by Sterling Builders and it was nothing but a nightmare and still is. In his interview it says it takes about 6 months to build a home let me say it took us almost 2 years and we are still not completely done. Our home sat empty for 6 weeks with no work being done. We have screws popping out and he has not been around in over a yr. He says his homes are warrantied for a yr and 10 yr structure. We have siding , and facia coming off that he was suppose to fix a yr ago and that's not done either. I would would never recommend sterling builders.
