Sergio is the man!!! TEN STARS!!! We have a 2010 Prius with 220,000 and the battery went bad per Toyota. $3800 to replace. After doing some research we found out that these batteries can be repaired. We called several companies who repair Hybrid cars and Sergio was the only one to call me back. He came all the way out to us in San Bernardino the next day went over our options. Obviously the cheaper repair was the first step we took to see how long it would last us. After a couple more weeks the same issue occurred. Once again Sergio came out next day and replaced a couple bad cells for free but let me know that he didn't know how long this repair was going to last on a vehicle with so many miles. we did end up having to replace the battery a few weeks later but total cost through Prius doctor was way cheaper than getting it replaced at Toyota. Sergio was very professional, fast, and honest. Would absolutely recommend anyone who has Hybrid System problems to only use Prius Doctor!
