DO NOT USE THIS TREE SERVICE. Josh Guy was hired by my neighbor to cut his trees. I saw one of his workers on the job, and asked for them to quote me on cutting my oak and palm trees. They came over that day, and I negotiated a deal for them to cut all my trees. They said if would take two days; It took them five days to trim the trees, but that is not the problem. After they cut the trees, the left the limbs on the ground in my front, side, and back yard for weeks. They would say that they would be there first thing "in the morning"; they didn't show up. They kept saying that the truck broke down. So I was patient with them for one week, then two, then three, four weeks. They finally showed up to remove the limbs out of my front yard, and promised to come back the next day to remove the remaining limbs. It has been 6 weeks and they have removed only 50% of the limbs. I still have 100' of limbs in my back yard. I have called Josh over 30 times. Most of the time, he doesn't answer. He will call back once in a while, and is a nice guy to talk to, and promises he will come out to finish the job but never does. He complained to me that he didn't make enough money on the job. AND THAT IS MY FAULT? You bid and agreed to the job. Not only that, the workers while cutting the trees, complained to me about what little he paid them, so I paid them well out of my pocket every day over and above what he was paying them, AND TO TRY TO BE FAIR, I PAID JOSH more than I agreed to.
