I had this company install glass replacements for me before and although, it wasn't timely, but it finally got done. Except for my most recent experience - I initially contacted Edwin in April and his son came out and took the window measurements. In July I contacted the company and they claim they misplaced the order and had to come back out and redo the measurements - this was August 10. At the August appointment and second measurement, they removed one of the panes of the double paned glass (eyebrow shape) to use as a template. Edwin had stated it might be a few weeks before they could come back and install. I waited until mid-October before I contacted him again. We scheduled an appointment for installation on October 26 at 1:30pm. On October 25 I confirmed the appointment and all was set. On October 26 at 5pm, no one showed up and no one even bothered to call and cancel. Now I am missing one of my double panned windows and the decorative pieces between the glass. I haven't been able to contact the company since I was stood up so I will contact someone else to do the job. Don't look at the recommendation on Facebook because it appears it is all relatives who posted reviews. The owner of the company's name is Edwin Narvaez - you look at the recommendations and make the determination. I don't recommend contracting with this company - you will be disappointed.
