Great, professional service by Richmond Elite Locksmith ! My deadbolt was loose and my keys kept getting stuck in the lock. Richmond Elite Locksmith quickly coordinated a time for the service call on my schedule. The locksmith showed up right on time and the lock replacement took only 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with my polite and professional. They came prepared and got the job done right. I'm very happy with their work, and would use them again.

This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Richmond Elite Locksmith - and completely agree with all of the raves. I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Richmond Elite Locksmith.

called Richmond Elite Locksmith because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)
