I called at 7 a.m. .They said someone would be there by 10. I told them what the problem was, and they suggested a way to try to fix the problem myself--to save money. I said I had tried that strategy already. First round of trucks were already out, but someone would be there by 10 a.m., they said, and theyd call when they were on their way. Turns out they had taken my phone # down wrong (the secretaries werent there yet when I called), and still, at 9:55 a.m., the truck pulled up in front of my house. The technician was great, and the bill was $30 less than Id been quoted because he didnt have to bring the machine in the house. I would totally recommend these guys. I got a very human reaction--they know that your house comes to an absolute standstill when your plumbing isnt working. Good work and good prices.

I have called J J Little J Plumbing on numerous occasions for multiple plumbing repairs in my condo. Everytime they arrived, they were on time-explained the repair-provided an estimate prior to beginning work and completed the repair without issue. I will continue to use J J Little J Plumbing and highly recommend.
