There was no one in plain sight and I knew even a towing service wouldn’t reach me there! After frantic phone calls to my friends and family, I received about a dozen different suggestions on what I should be doing. Three of my friends asked me to call Houston-Express-Lock-Key - and so I did! Three people can’t be wrong at the same time, right? A van pulled over by the side of my car in the next fifteen minutes and Gary worked his magic and unlocked my car in a jiffy. Thank you so much guys for getting me out of a nerve-wracking situation.

I’d heard all about high security locks and I also knew how expensive they were. But with Houston-Express-Lock-Key I got a fairly good deal, in fact, it was the best deal of all the five firms I’d contacted. I scheduled the installation after work hours so that daily office activity would not take a hit. The team from Houston-Express-Lock-Key got there five minutes before 10 pm and took less than an hour to complete the installation. They even noticed a rusted door hinge and replaced it. Very professional and efficient!
