JUST SAY NO to McDonald Hyundai! I bought my car 2020 Hyundai Tucson in Nov 2019 (great experience with Kevin!) and took it in on 2/24/20 (with 2632 miles on it) after receiving 2 separate engine and collision avoidance system warnings, and to look at a small hole in the front bumper (which I sent them of a photo of before the appt). They continued to say that nothing was wrong with the car even though I received 2 more engine warnings (which I emailed to them) while the car was in their shop with the engine running! In addition, they made the hole bigger taking the “stick” out of it which is clearly proven from the video they provided and before and after photos. Keith Florian, the Service Manager, was extremely rude, belligerent and condescending, telling me at pickup that I’m not allowed to work with anyone else there in the future except him and that they aren’t even going to wash my car (laughable) so they don’t get accused of anything else. It was a truly unbelievable experience. I provided this information to the General Manager, Vince Armijo, but was never contacted. Hyundai consumer affairs states that they are independently owned and do not handle non-warranty complains so, NEW CAR BUYERS BEWARE!
