The business plan of the ownership team is to open a number of authentic ramen noodle shops in college towns across the northeastern United States.
Established in 2016, Gaku Ramen will offer authentic Japanese ramen, the ultimate comfort food, at an affordable price. The all-day menu will feature traditional Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Miso and Vegetarian ramen soup bowls. Starters will include Edamame, Gyoza, Pork Buns, Shishito Peppers and assorted salads. The bar will feature a selection of Japanese and Vermont craft beers, wines by the glass and bottle and a selection of Sake and Soju.
