After I’d dropped the key fob a couple of times, it had started to malfunction at times. I had to press the button four or five times before the car unlocked. I knew it was trouble, and I knew it would eventually give away. Called Phoenix Community Locksmith for a replacement and they sent Ed. Though I’d asked for a replacement, Ed insisted on fixing the key fob. It took him some five minutes to fix the loose wiring within. Ed could have easily replaced the key fob and made more money out of it, but he didn’t. Honest bunch of technicians in Phoenix, AZ. Will I hire them again? Definitely!

Boy am I glad my fiance found Phoenix Community Locksmith online. We just moved to Phoenix, AZ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Phoenix, AZ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.

Great service from Phoenix Community Locksmith. I needed a lock repaired and even though it wasn't urgent they were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was fast, professional, and did the job right. The price seemed fair. I would definitely use Phoenix Community Locksmith again!
