I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called San Antonio Galaxy Locksmith, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt!
After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices!
Number 1 in San Antonio, TX! I’m giving them a 10/10!

The property was changing hands the following morning, and I’d completely forgotten about rekeying the locks. Hired San Antonio Galaxy Locksmith after being completely impressed by what I saw on their website https://www.SanAntonioGalaxyLocksmith.com. They claimed to provide 24-hour service and I could only hope that they lived up to all their claims. I was not disappointed. Despite the short notice, they arrived onsite within 20 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. 2 hours later, they got the job done and the new keys made. Completely bowled away by their service!!!
Do I recommend them? Yes, if you live in San Antonio, give them a try – you won’t regret it!!!
