While creating events at exclusive California properties including The Ritz-Carlton, The St. Regis, The Peninsula Hotel and Montage Hotel and Resorts, hoteliers were always looking for unique gift amenities which would not only reflect the discriminating taste of their guests, but also be indicative of the relaxed refinement of Southern California. Kimberly took her passion for creating gourmet small batch caramels and began providing these delicious treats to hotel guests for weddings, corporate events and VIP gifts. Made locally on Balboa Island, these sea salt caramels became a favorite of both locals and visitors alike.
