Tacoma Lock And Locksmith sure knows how to treat its customers! After placing the call, it took them barely 15 minutes to send a technician over to my place. They were quick with the job, and cleaned up any mess made thereafter. Also, the final bill provided was lower than the initial price quoted over the phone, which came as a complete surprise, considering how most locksmiths find ways to overcharge customers. I appreciate the honest work these guys are doing! Do I recommend them? YES, they’re the best in Tacoma, WA.

"After losing my key for like the umpteenth time, I decided it was time I stopped paying up for copy keys and do something about it. Besides, it wasn’t safe, as my neighbor knowingly pointed out! What if it falls into the wrong hands? Well, I didn’t wanna end up inviting a stranger to my place to do away with my stuff. I called Gary up on 253-271-3433 and he was just so understanding! I thought rekeying was a good option, but Gary had other plans.
Based on my record of losing keys, he said I’d probably lose them again and end up needing his service. Instead, he suggested I get an electronic lock installed that opened with a passcode. The idea instantly appealed to me - remembering a code did seem easier than remembering where I misplaced my keys! It was the cost that worried me. Gary put me at ease and made me an offer I just couldn’t refuse! I still can’t believe how less it had all cost me. No more lost keys! The lock seemed custom-made just for me! Thanks to Gary from Tacoma Lock And Locksmith for the suggestion!

Things have been rough on the monetary front ever since we moved into a new home! It was a nice place, but the excessive expenditure wasn’t so nice after all! Thanks to Tacoma Lock And Locksmith for helping me cut corners. After receiving price quotes from quite a few locksmiths in Tacoma, WA, I zeroed in on Tacoma Lock And Locksmith. I needed my locks changed, but John from Tacoma Lock And Locksmith believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job.
John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!!
