AMAZING JOB! There were over 20 locks in the entire building but their teamwork paid off. All the locks were rekeyed in less than two hours. I doubt any other locksmith in Newark, NJ could work as efficiently and quickly as those from Newark Lock & Safe did. I owe it to them. What’s more, I even got a good discount after one of the technicians suggested that I redeem a coupon found on their site https://www.NewarkLockAndSafe.com. Customer service can’t get better than this! 100% satisfied. Highly recommend…

I must say, I'm very impressed by their service! Who gets an assessment done, and all the locks replaced within two hours? Gary from Newark Lock & Safe did! And he’s awesome! He even suggested that I redeem a coupon that was listed on their website http://www.NewarkLockAndSafe.com. When the final bill was handed out, it was barely a quarter of what any other locksmith firm in Newark, NJ would charge me.. I’m never opting for another locksmith again. Gary and his team are the best! Five stars for top-notch service and low pricing!!!

Boy am I glad my fiance found Newark Lock & Safe online. We just moved to Newark, NJ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Newark, NJ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
