It was past midnight, and there was no one in sight. I tried calling a couple of my friends, but my calls kept dropping. I’d just moved into this new place and wanted to get my locks replaced. Without further ado, I called up Dave from Paterson Lock Master after finding the contact details on http://www.PatersonLockMaster.com. The technician came over but wasn’t allowed to proceed with the installation. Apparently, I needed to get the right permission from the owner before I could change the locks. Dave was understanding and didn’t even charge me for the call out. I scheduled an appointment a week later. Thanks to Paterson Lock Master for equipping my apartment with top-grade locks and for the low prices! I highly recommend them to anyone in Paterson, NJ!!!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE from Paterson Lock Master! I think the guy who came over was Jeff. Very talented and friendly. He guided me through the entire process so I would know exactly what he was doing. He stayed true to his word, and didn’t charge me a penny extra from what he'd mentioned earlier! Flat rates! Skilled technicians! Quick response !
