My husband and I had a pleasant experience with the company. We had renovations for our home in Houston, and we decided to rent somewhere furnished for a few months. Luckily we found an ad on craigslist which enticed us to call the number. We were able to take a look at one of their furnished 2-bedrooms in midtown, but we ended up choosing to rent their 2-bedroom in East Downtown near George R. Brown / Minute Maid Stadium. The furnishings of the 2 units we saw were very good quality, and Andy and Peter were very accommodating to our needs and requests, and they offered better rates than other providers too! They seemed like a smaller group, however, I think that's a benefit for them since they were able to be more personable, but still professional. Overall, great experience renting their furnished downtown apartment.
