The first time I wrote a review here, I gave this company raving reviewing based on that one experience. However, after spending close to $600 on my riding mower and being told it should be "as good as new, but could use a paint job" (it is very faint Toro red! that's not an issue.) I had to then have Jacob come back out and replace a battery because it seems that was a power drain somewhere and leaving the key in the ignition even in the off position killed the battery. So I ended up paying for another trip to my house and another new battery (after just having it replaced the first time new). Well, less than a month and I went to use the mower again and again another dead battery. I called several times and there was no answer and NO RESPONSE. Then I called from a different number (through my work numbers!) and he answered and I pinned him to come a specific day--he didn't. He did not even bother to call to say that something came up, or anything even though he had told me to leave my mower outside and he would pick it up. Well, I stayed around because who leaves their mower unattended? Fortunately I didn't!! He never showed. No call or anything. Since then I have called and left numberous messages with NO CALL BACK and NO RESPONSES. After paying him now close to $700 (first trip + second time for battery), he will not respond? What kind of person is this? Either he is irresponsible or does not know what he is doing and doesn't know how to fix whatever it is causing the dr
